Time Travel Tracker Lite

Time Travel Tracker Lite is the Lite version of Time Travel Tracker, which is the Full version. Use this Lite version to practice recording all your time and travel tasks. Up to twelve tasks may be recorded and then removed for new tasks from time to time. TimeTravelTracker Full version may be purchased when you are ready from the App Store. The Lite version also has Ad Banners, the Full version does not use any Ad Banners.

Recording Tasks Details:
Each Task reports “Time Started and finished”, “Client’s Name”, and “Activity Title” - along with the “Travel Distance”, “Incidental Break Periods” and “Notes”, when appropriate. It is written for Small Businesses and Freelance Proprietors, who report to Clients on their work time and travel distances. It may be used quickly with your mobile device, while starting and stopping your automobile to log the travel started and finished time, along with the distance traveled. If there was a non-business related stop along the way, a break time period may be recorded.

Adding a New Task with an Unfinished Task:
The Unfinished Task’s Finished time will be set to the current time when a New Task is added.

Clients:
A list is used to track all the Clients and their Projects used with each task. A Task Badge and Home Icon notification will be issued when a Client is not identified. The Project Identification is optional.

Activities:
A list is used to track all the work that has been completed for each client. A Task Badge and Home Icon notification will be issued, when an Activity is not identified.

Editing Logged Tasks:
Logged Tasks may be edited after newer Tasks have been logged into “TimeTravelTracker”.

Inserting Tasks:
Tasks may be inserted to break down more details of an existing Task. While working on a Task, it may be helpful to break down the Task into different aspects. When necessary, this can be done by inserting more “Task Activities”.

Data Selection:
Data may be selected from a specific time period and Client, for exporting data and deleting tasks that have been completed during their reporting period.

Exporting Time and Travel Data:
Data selected above, may be exported to your shared devices. A spreadsheet may be used to format a customized “Time and Travel Expense Report”. In some cases the exported data may be imported to financial applications.

Deleting Time and Travel Data:
Data may be deleted from the device, after it has been reported to your Client. This helps the performance of the mobile device.

Finished and Started Time Overlap Avoided:
Each time a Task is added, edited, or inserted - reliable time limits are set, to avoid confusion while working with the Task - Started and Finished time details.

Task Badge Notification:
Task Badge Notification uses a small circle, located on the upper right side of the “Task and Home Screen” Icon. The Task Icon is located on the left side of the application’s lower tool bar. The Home Screen is where all the device’s applications are displayed, and then selected for use. The number given in the circle indicates how many Tasks are NOT completed. A “Completed Task” includes the “Started and Finished Time, Client, and Activity”.

The GOAL is to provide reliable TIME and TRAVEL TRACKING to EACH CLIENT.
